Coleman Kane

Coleman Kane, President / Chief Executive Officer

As President and CEO for PTI Marketing Technologies, Coleman Kane spearheads the company's strategy, which is to provide best of breed cross-media marketing communications for the enterprise, graphic arts and printing communities. Along with his executive team, Kane oversees the company's daily operations including product development, sales, solutions delivery, marketing, HR, and facilities. He previously served as President and CEO of Games2Learn, a privately held Direct Response/Internet company that manufactured and sold educational products including The Phonics Game. Prior to Games2Learn, Kane served as President of MTA Schools, a private post-secondary school providing training for employment in the transportation industry and as Vice President of Sylvan Learning Centers where he directed the marketing, advertising and public relations programs for over 500 franchises. He was also Director of International Marketing at Jenny Craig Inc.
Jim Van Natter

Jim Van Natter, Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales for PTI Marketing Technologies, Jim is responsible for driving PTI's growth and profitability. In this role, Jim oversees a direct sales team as well as the management of all channel alliances. Since joining PTI Marketing Technologies in 2001, Jim has played a key role in the growth of the company and been instrumental in positioning PTI Marketing Technologies as the leader in the VDP and Web to Print marketplace. Jim served as Senior Sales Executive and Director of Sales before taking the post of Vice President of Sales in 2007. He brings experience in both print and enterprise software and his proven leadership skills consistently create a sales organization that operates effectively and efficiently. Mr. Van Natter holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado.

Dustin Ritter, Vice President of Marketing

Dustin joined PTI Marketing Technologies in late 2007 and has provided marketing leadership to the company along with consultation services to many large brands seeking to implement and optimize marketing asset management. His work in marketing efficiency and innovation has lead to the creation of many ground-breaking strategies used by global brands today. A major component of PTI's success under Dustin's guidance is based on the growth and innovation in marketing personalization. He is prominently known within the direct marketing community as an advocate and enthusiast for personalized 1-to-1 marketing. His understanding of personalized graphic communication through both print and interactive media has driven highly successful campaigns with response rates topping 20 percent.

Prior to joining PTI Marketing Technologies, Dustin served in a senior marketing role at The Active Network, the leading provider of participatory sports solutions, where he played a key role in product development for applications serving major national endurance events, Little League Baseball and NFL Youth programs. Prior to The Active Network, Dustin served as a Sr. Product Manager for ModernPostcard, an innovative southern California print marketing organization. During his tenure, he developed and executed strategic web initiatives that automated print ordering and doubled e-commerce sales. Dustin earned his BS in Business Management from California Polytechnic University of San Luis Obispo.
Jim Bolger

James Bolger, Vice President of Finance

James is the Vice President of Finance at PTI. He is a financial professional with over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury/cash management, and more. His experience and specialties include strategic and long range financial planning, analysis and reporting. He has worked in financial management for Greenpoint Credit Corporation, Accredited Home Lenders and LG Electronics Mobilcomm USA, where he was selected as CFO Employee of Year in 2009, out of all of the subsidiaries of LG. James received his MBA and BS from San Diego State University.

Claire LeBuffe, Director of Engineering

Claire LeBuffe joined the company in 2007, bringing over 15 years of experience in all aspects of information technology. In addition to her strong technical skills, she is well-versed in facilitating comprehensive, accurate, and effective interactions among diverse groups involved in the creation and support of complex software products.

As Director of Engineering, she is responsible for all technical aspects of the PTI Marketing Technologies web product line, including both R&D and production projects. She oversees the teams responsible for engineering, product management, configuration management, quality assurance, and professional services, and she provides technical insight for the strategic planning of the PTI product line. Ms. LeBuffe is responsible for both day-by-day project management and release management; she serves as the primary engineering contact for all other PTI departments. Prior to joining PTI Marketing Technologies, Ms. LeBuffe was a senior manager at JPMorgan Chase Vastera, providing development support for a producer of global trade management (GTM) software solutions that streamline the flow and compliance of international shipments. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in physics.

Douglas Cogan, Vice President of VDP Technologies

When PTI Marketing Technologies acquired the DL Formatter product line from Datalogics in late 2004, Douglas Cogan assumed the title Vice President of VDP Technologies. He oversees the development of the FusionPro product line, the successor to DL Formatter. Cogan was responsible for the initial design and architecture of DL Formatter. During Cogan's tenure at Datalogics, he had all non-sales responsibilities for four product lines, DL Formatter, DL Pager, DL Composer and FrameLink, which involved managing the software engineering, customer support, testing, marketing, and documentation. Prior to joining Datalogics, Cogan was a software developer for CCH, formerly Commerce Clearing House, where he managed the editorial workflow system re-engineering, advising on CCH's print on demand initiative, and managing ongoing development of CCH Access, on-line search and retrieval system.
